A guide to living in Concord!

Concord serves as the gateway connecting the East Bay to the North Bay or onward to Sacramento / Lake Tahoe. Much like its neighboring cities such as Walnut Creek and Clayton, Concord is centrally located in the heart of Contra Costa County.

Concord offers a vibrant mix of attractions for locals and visitors alike. With its array of excellent restaurants, cozy local bars, scenic trails, and large parks for everyone to enjoy, there's no shortage of options for outdoor enthusiasts and food lovers. Additionally, the city is home to the renowned Concord Pavilion, where top-tier stars have graced the stage, adding a touch of excitement to the local entertainment scene.

According to a study done by HouseFresh, Concord was recently named “The Happiest City in America." The study was conducted by analyzing smiles in photos. Who wouldn’t be smiling at a theme park like Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in the Summer time!? Concord is also home to the classic, Pixie Playland, where many in the area ride their first rollercoaster. Whether it is the weather, underrated food scene, or the family-friendly forms of entertainment, Concord has it all!

As summer transitions into autumn, Concord is bathed in golden hues as the leaves begin to change. A sight to see if you live in more of a major city setting and looking for change! Winter in Concord brings mild temperatures with Daytime temperatures typically ranging from the mid-50s to low 60s, while evenings can cool down to the 40s.
